eBay To Go is a going to change the way we look at ebay in the social network. eBay To Go is a free widget or pieace of code that allows anyone (even non-registered users) to showcase one to ten favorite ebay items on thier blog or favorite social networking sites.
eBay To Go allows you to showcase your items for 120 days. After this time, you put in certain keywords in the search and it will find other items to sell on the same widget. Now why is this important?
Well, if you use the keywords that best describe your auctions, then ebay to go will work with your store very well.

Just a question: I’ve seen a lot of people talking about putting eBay widgets on MySpace. Isn’t that against MySpace’s terms of service? Last I heard we’re not supposed to put any kind of advertising on our profiles. Is this some kind of exception to the rule?

Very good question! What I have gathered is that myspace is allowing ebay widgets to be placed on theier website. alot of people are talking about myspace and ebay creating a contract in the near future.
Just like ebay and craigslist has one before it went up in smoke, lets hope that ebay and myspace get along.
Myspace is one of the most searched sites and will drive alot of traffic to your ebay store or auctions.
